Peel and scoop out then pulp of the avocado, roughly chop and mash them. Keep aside.
Finely chop the onion, chillies and tomatoes. Mix them into the mashed avocado pulp.
Add rest of the ingredients into the above and mix well. Check for seasoning and serve with nachos or crackers.
P.S : the quantity of olive oil can be increased as per personal preference.
